應(ying)用領域廣范,丙(bing)烯(xi)(xi)酸(suan)樹(shu)脂(zhi)(zhi)綜合(he)性(xing)(xing)能優異。但中高(gao)羥值的(de)丙(bing)烯(xi)(xi)酸(suan)樹(shu)脂(zhi)(zhi)由于極性(xing)(xing)大,跟醚(mi)化(hua)度(du)高(gao)的(de)氨基(ji)樹(shu)脂(zhi)(zhi)、醇(chun)酸(suan)樹(shu)脂(zhi)(zhi)、TDI加成(cheng)物固化(hua)劑混溶性(xing)(xing)較差,使丙(bing)烯(xi)(xi)酸(suan)樹(shu)脂(zhi)(zhi)的(de)通用性(xing)(xing)受到明顯(xian)的(de)限制。本(ben)文通過聚(ju)酯與丙(bing)烯(xi)(xi)酸(suan)樹(shu)脂(zhi)(zhi)的(de)共聚(ju)反應(ying),有效(xiao)的(de)解決羥基(ji)丙(bing)烯(xi)(xi)酸(suan)樹(shu)脂(zhi)(zhi)與高(gao)、中、低(di)醚(mi)化(hua)度(du)氨基(ji)樹(shu)脂(zhi)(zhi)、醇(chun)酸(suan)樹(shu)脂(zhi)(zhi)、TDI加成(cheng)物固化(hua)劑的(de)混溶性(xing)(xing)問題,拓寬了丙(bing)烯(xi)(xi)酸(suan)樹(shu)脂(zhi)(zhi)的(de)應(ying)用范圍。

硬度、柔(rou)韌性、光澤等指(zhi)標亦可調節,   溶(rong)劑型丙(bing)烯酸(suan)樹(shu)脂(zhi)(zhi)由(you)于Tg值、羥值、酸(suan)值都(dou)可以調整。這給樹(shu)脂(zhi)(zhi)的應(ying)(ying)用(yong)提供了(le)較(jiao)大(da)的方便,拓寬了(le)該樹(shu)脂(zhi)(zhi)的應(ying)(ying)用(yong)領域,滿(man)足 人們多種多樣和(he)不斷提高的需求,所以,丙(bing)烯酸(suan)樹(shu)脂(zhi)(zhi)在國(guo)內還不過(guo)三(san)十年的歷史(shi),油(you)漆應(ying)(ying)用(yong)領域卻發(fa)展(zhan)到僅(jin)次于醇酸(suan)樹(shu)脂(zhi)(zhi)第二大(da)用(yong)量樹(shu)脂(zhi)(zhi)體系,近年來國(guo)際(ji)原油(you) 價格不時上漲(zhang),但對丙(bing)烯酸(suan)樹(shu)脂(zhi)(zhi)的發(fa)展(zhan)和(he)應(ying)(ying)用(yong)都(dou)未造成(cheng)明顯的沖擊,目前(qian),該樹(shu)脂(zhi)(zhi)還無替代品(pin),丙(bing)烯酸(suan)樹(shu)脂(zhi)(zhi)仍然是國(guo)內樹(shu)脂(zhi)(zhi)領域研(yan)發(fa)的重點。    

   1 實驗局部     

   1.1原材料和助劑(ji)   

KoH標液、酸堿指示劑。       新戊二醇:工業級、三羥甲基丙烷:工業級、己二酸:工業級、間苯二甲酸:工業級、鄰苯二甲酸酐:工業級、1010抗氧劑(汽巴)順丁烯二酸酐:工業級、二甲苯:工業級、丁醇:工業級、丙烯酸丁酯:工業級、甲基丙烯酸甲酯:工業級、苯乙烯:工業級、甲基丙烯酸:工業級、丙烯酸羥乙酯:工業級、醋酸丁酯:工業級、過氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯:工業級、氮氣(N2.

   1.2 主(zhu)要儀器和(he)設(she)備 YH電(dian)加熱器、JJ-1増(zeng)力電(dian)動攪(jiao)拌器、電(dian)子臺稱(0-2000gGZX-9070MBE數顯鼓風干燥(zao)箱、SYD-6536石油(you)產(chan)品蒸餾實(shi)驗器、電(dian)子天平(0.0001NDJ-4旋轉式(shi)(shi)粘度計、重(zhong)力式(shi)(shi)噴槍(qiang)、Wgg60-E4光澤計、漆膜劃格器。

   1.3實驗方法

   1.3.1 聚酯的合成(cheng)     

10-13份三羥甲基丙烷,5-7份己二酸,12-16份間苯二甲酸,10-14份鄰苯二甲酸酐,2-3份二甲苯,0.1-0.3份1010抗氧劑投人反應釜中,通N2升(sheng)(sheng) 溫(wen)(wen)至(zhi)150℃,保溫(wen)(wen)1小(xiao)時后(hou)(hou),以(yi)每小(xiao)時升(sheng)(sheng)溫(wen)(wen)20℃速(su)度升(sheng)(sheng)溫(wen)(wen)至(zhi)220℃,保溫(wen)(wen)酯化反(fan)(fan)應酸(suan)(suan)值至(zhi)10-12mgKoH/g后(hou)(hou),降溫(wen)(wen)至(zhi)145℃左右(you),加(jia)(jia) 0.4-1.2份順丁(ding)烯二酸(suan)(suan)酐,145℃左右(you)保溫(wen)(wen)1小(xiao)時,然后(hou)(hou)以(yi)每小(xiao)時升(sheng)(sheng)溫(wen)(wen)20℃的速(su)度升(sheng)(sheng)溫(wen)(wen)至(zhi)180℃,保溫(wen)(wen)酯化反(fan)(fan)應至(zhi)酸(suan)(suan)值于 14-16mgKoH/g,   將18-20份新戊二醇。降溫(wen)(wen)至(zhi)120℃左右(you),加(jia)(jia)40份左右(you)二甲苯混合溶劑兌稀,過濾,備用(yong)。    

   1.3.2 聚(ju)酯改性羥基丙烯酸樹脂的合成     

10-15份丁(ding)(ding)醇(chun),20-30份不飽和聚酯投(tou)(tou)入反(fan)應(ying)釜中,升溫回流(liu)20min將(jiang)10-14份苯(ben)乙(yi)烯(xi)(xi)(xi),13-15份丙(bing)烯(xi)(xi)(xi)酸(suan)乙(yi) 酯,5-8份甲基丙(bing)烯(xi)(xi)(xi)酸(suan)甲酯,6-10份丙(bing)烯(xi)(xi)(xi)酸(suan)羥丙(bing)酯,0.4-0.8份丙(bing)烯(xi)(xi)(xi)酸(suan),0.3-0.5份叔(shu)戊酯,0.3-0.5份過氧化苯(ben)甲酸(suan)叔(shu)丁(ding)(ding)酯投(tou)(tou)入高位(wei)槽(cao) 攪拌15min,   將(jiang)10-15份二甲苯(ben)。通N2,勻(yun)速滴加用3小時,滴加完畢后用2份左右的二甲苯(ben)沖洗高位(wei)槽(cao),然后在(zai)120-130℃保溫反(fan)應(ying)5小時,降溫至80℃,停N2,調(diao) 整粘度,粘度合格后,過濾,包裝。
