1 實驗局(ju)部(bu)
1.1原材料和(he)助劑

1.2 主(zhu)要儀器(qi)和設備 YH電加(jia)熱器(qi)、JJ-1増(zeng)力(li)電動攪拌(ban)器(qi)、電子臺稱(0-2000gGZX-9070MBE數顯鼓(gu)風干燥箱、SYD-6536石油產品蒸餾實驗器(qi)、電子天平(0.0001NDJ-4旋轉式粘度計、重力(li)式噴(pen)槍、Wgg60-E4光澤計、漆膜(mo)劃格器(qi)。
1.3實驗方法
1.3.1 聚酯(zhi)的合成
10-13份三羥甲基丙烷,5-7份己二酸,12-16份間苯二甲酸,10-14份鄰苯二甲酸酐,2-3份二甲苯,0.1-0.3份1010抗氧劑投人反應釜中,通N2升 溫(wen)(wen)至(zhi)(zhi)150℃,保(bao)溫(wen)(wen)1小(xiao)時(shi)后,以(yi)每(mei)小(xiao)時(shi)升溫(wen)(wen)20℃速度(du)升溫(wen)(wen)至(zhi)(zhi)220℃,保(bao)溫(wen)(wen)酯化反應酸(suan)值(zhi)至(zhi)(zhi)10-12mgKoH/g后,降(jiang)溫(wen)(wen)至(zhi)(zhi)145℃左(zuo)右(you),加(jia) 0.4-1.2份(fen)(fen)順丁烯(xi)二(er)酸(suan)酐,145℃左(zuo)右(you)保(bao)溫(wen)(wen)1小(xiao)時(shi),然后以(yi)每(mei)小(xiao)時(shi)升溫(wen)(wen)20℃的速度(du)升溫(wen)(wen)至(zhi)(zhi)180℃,保(bao)溫(wen)(wen)酯化反應至(zhi)(zhi)酸(suan)值(zhi)于 14-16mgKoH/g, 將18-20份(fen)(fen)新戊二(er)醇。降(jiang)溫(wen)(wen)至(zhi)(zhi)120℃左(zuo)右(you),加(jia)40份(fen)(fen)左(zuo)右(you)二(er)甲苯(ben)混合溶劑兌稀,過濾,備用(yong)。

10-15份(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)丁(ding)醇,20-30份(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)不飽和(he)聚(ju)酯(zhi)(zhi)投(tou)入反(fan)應(ying)釜中,升溫回流20min將10-14份(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)苯(ben)乙烯(xi),13-15份(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)丙烯(xi)酸(suan)(suan)乙 酯(zhi)(zhi),5-8份(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)甲(jia)基丙烯(xi)酸(suan)(suan)甲(jia)酯(zhi)(zhi),6-10份(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)丙烯(xi)酸(suan)(suan)羥丙酯(zhi)(zhi),0.4-0.8份(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)丙烯(xi)酸(suan)(suan),0.3-0.5份(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)叔(shu)戊酯(zhi)(zhi),0.3-0.5份(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)過氧化苯(ben)甲(jia)酸(suan)(suan)叔(shu)丁(ding)酯(zhi)(zhi)投(tou)入高(gao)位槽 攪(jiao)拌15min, 將10-15份(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)二甲(jia)苯(ben)。通N2,勻速滴加用3小(xiao)時,滴加完(wan)畢后(hou)用2份(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)左右(you)的二甲(jia)苯(ben)沖洗高(gao)位槽,然后(hou)在120-130℃保(bao)溫反(fan)應(ying)5小(xiao)時,降(jiang)溫至(zhi)80℃,停N2,調(diao) 整粘度(du),粘度(du)合(he)格后(hou),過濾,包裝(zhuang)。
